Fall 2015 Ed on Campus Resume Critiques

October 4, 2015 by Sarah

Whether you’re going for your first internship or your fifth, your resume needs to be on point if it’s going to impress hiring editors. Luckily, Ed on Campus is here to help!

Once each semester, EOC holds a virtual resume critique. Here’s how it works: You submit your resume to your campus chapter president, and he or she sends it over to get reviewed by a New York City editor working in the biz. Brilliance ensues.

CHAPTER PRESIDENTS: Please gather all of your chapter members’ resumes into ONE email with a subject line “Ed on Campus Virtual Resume Critique Fall 2015,” due to Sarah ([email protected]) by midnight on October 21.

REQUIREMENTS: All resumes must be ONE page long and submitted in PDF form (labeled as FirstNameLastName.pdf). Any resumes that do not meet these criteria will not be reviewed. Seriously.

ONE LAST TIP: Pretty please, save yourself (and the editors!) a ton of time, ink and frustration by following the advice here and here.
