Job Description:Regional Poughkeepsie-based glossy lifestyle magazine covering the Hudson Valley region is seeking a highly-motivated, well-educated, energetic recent college grad to assume fact-checking, research, reporting, and writing duties as a PART-TIME EDITORIAL ASSISTANT.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to learn all aspects of the publishing business at a respected, multi-platform consumer publication in an entry-level position.
Principal duties comprise fact-checking and research for stories, some original writing and reporting, and lending general editorial support to the team.
Previous editorial magazine experience via employment or internships is a huge plus. Candidates should submit a brief cover letter, resume, and relevant writing samples. MUST LIVE IN THE HUDSON VALLEY
