T.K. is an associate editor at Food Network magazine. Before landing her current job, she was an editorial assistant at Fit Pregnancy and Natural Health magazines. During college, she interned in New York City for Fitness and Ladies’ Home Journal and abroad for Totally Dublin, a cultural magazine in Dublin, Ireland. She is an alumnus of The Ohio State University and helped found the school’s Ed2010 chapter.
3 things to know about her: 1. Her name and chosen career in magazines is a total coincidence. 2. Broadway shows and ballets at Lincoln Center will always make her teary-eyed (in a good way). 3. Back issues of Sassy have owned prime real estate on her bookshelf since she was 13.
3 things you really didn’t need to know: 1. Her favorite season is football season. Every Saturday, you can find her glued to a TV cheering on the Buckeyes. 2. Shirley Temple is one of her idols and the reason she’s been tap dancing since she was four years old. 3. She’s actually really good at math. Sometimes she even misses calculus…sometimes.
